Our Expert Coaching Staff

At LHS we look for a variety of qualities within our coaching staff. Yes, they have to be qualified to minimum standard and of course fully background checked and screened, but we look for more. Coaching qualifications carry a lot of merit, but to truly engage and motivate participants there needs to be more than documentation. We seek and hire entusiastic coaches with colourful personalities, a sense of humor, adaptability, patience, and the ability to empathize with their players. We employ role models, caring individuals who build rapport, encourage, motivate and use their knowledge to inspire every player in their care. 

Not everyone fits the model, but at LHS we wont settle for anything less - our young players deserve the best and that's what we set out to achieve.
