Who Are We?

The LHS team are youth sports coaching experts. Our founders, Mark and Gemma both hold degrees in Physical Education and Sports, and have a combined 25 years coaching experience here in the UK, and internationally. Having coached thousands of youngsters in the North East United States, they've brought their skills back to their home county of Cumbria with the goal of providing opportunity, variety and plenty of fun activities to local budding athletes!

We thrive on providing opportunities that allow young people the chance to fall in love with healthy habits. Instilling a long term appreciation of physical activity is our main objective, and we know a few key ways to achieve just that! Through encouragement, motivation, variety, inclusion, and most importantly FUN, our amazing coaches will ensure each child is able to develop, succeed and feel valued throughout every single session.
