Fun filled & exciting, our Mini Multi Sports classes provide an ideal introduction to a variety of sports to children aged 3-5 years. Sports include; football, basketball, hockey, lacrosse and T-ball. Parent participation is encouraged for younger players in the group.

LHS beginner tennis classes are an ideal way for your Little Hero to learn the FUNdamentals of what we hope will turn into a life-long, healthy pastime. Using age appropriate equipment and activities specifically designed by the LTA and PTR, our youth development system centres around individual development, in a low pressure, fun, inclusive environment. Taught by our youth tennis professional Coach Mark, players will learn the key skills of forehand, backhand, volley, serving and much more.
LHS Youth Basketball classes provide an ideal introduction to the fundamentals of the sport. Players will quickly grasp the basics of dribbling, passing and shooting skills and will learn the key rules of the game along the way.
Delivered under the club name, Carlisle Warriors basketball, our developmental session take place every Friday at the University of Cumbria Sports Hall in Carlisle.

Our Jnr. Multi-Sports classes are open to boys and girls of any ability level, aged 5-8 years. Each week will focus on a different sport with the goal of introducing or reinforcing FUNdamental skills and techniques. All activities will be delivered in a low competition environment designed to encourage individual success, team play and sportsmanship. The sports include football, basketball, handball, tennis, volleyball, rounders/baseball and more!
Our Ultimate Sports Camp caters to boys and girls of all abilities, aged 5 - 11 years of age. Each camp day will introduce the key skills of new, exciting sports for the players. The Ultimate Sports Camp not only focuses on physical development, but reinforces sportsmanship, teamwork and builds character along the way. Sports include football, basketball, cricket, handball, floor hockey, tennis, volleyball, rounders/baseball and more!
